Alhaji Dikko is an Economics graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London, and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. He has varied and rich experience in management, journalism, academia and banking
He began his working career in 1980 as a news and current affairs producer with Kaduna State Radio; in 1984, he moved to the Nigerian Standard Newspaper as a Sub-Editor. He returned to Zaria in 1985 as an assistant lecturer with the college of Advanced Studies, and in 1986 he joined Habib Bank Nigeria Limited where he served for twelve years and left as an Assistant General Manager. He moved to Intercity Bank Plc in 1998 as a General Manager and was appointed the bank’s MD/CEO in 2001, a position he held until Intercity bank Plc merged with eight other banks to form Unity Bank Plc in 2006
Alhaji is a Director of several organisations including Unity Bank Plc (from its inception in 2006) and Legacy Pensions Limited. He is also Chairman of Katsina State Investment and Property Company Limited, Unity Capital and Trust Limited (a subsidiary of Unity Bank Plc) and LSD Associates.
Ajijola is a graduate of Computer Applications in Geography from Oklahoma State University, and is also an alumnus of Harvard University. He is on the Boards of numerous organisations, especially those operating in the areas of ICT security, cyber crime and international development. He is on the Boards of Consultancy Support Services (CS2), the Nigerian Cybercrime Working Group (NCWG), the Taskforce on ScanICT Nigeria, and the Council of Regional Advisers for West and Central Africa of the International Development Research Centre (IDRC)
Ajijola is also an advisor for a number of committees and groups, including the group of experts advising UNESCO on issues related to the ethics of outer space”, the legal sub-committee of the Presidential Committee on Cyber Crime/419 activities on the Internet, and the National ICT Strategic Action Plan Committee (SAPC)
For over seven years he served as Special Assistant to the President in the role of National Security Adviser

Commissioner of Works and Transport with the Kaduna State Government of Nigeria, was the Chairman of the State Tenders Board, and supervised the activities of the Kaduna State Development and Property Company and the Kaduna State Urban Planning Development Authority, amongst other parastatals

Dr. Boakye has spent over 30 years in the telecoms industry. He has BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and began his career at the University of Ghana where he headed the Computer Science Department and served as a member of the University Council. Since then he has served in a variety of roles in the ICT industry, ranging from research to executive management

He has an accumulated 22 years of practical experience in the downstream oil and gas industry both in the public and private sectors, holding management and senior positions in Eterna Plc, PPMC, IDSL across several functions in accounting and commercial operations divisions, covering such areas as depot accounts and sales, credit sales schemes for independent oil marketers, strategic product import/export planning, financial management, internal controls & audit and import/export products operations management. She is a core transmission engineer, and have successfully designed, developed, Implementation and operated a Major Backbone Provider in Nigeria, she has designed, developed, implemented over 3600km of both high voltage transmission fiber (OPGW) and underground cables for Backbone Networks.
She has held management roles with Phase3 Telecom, and have managed major underground and over head fiber projects in Nigeria, Benue Republic. Togo and Ghana.

Mr. Maurice Poor, is a highly experienced telecommunication engineer with 15 years hands on exposure in the African, Russian Telco market. He is the Head IT and Solution Engineering for BCN Nigeria Limited. In his capacity he is responsible for proffering solution to organization with needs for Data Centre, Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN).
While in NAIRDA he single handedly built a world class IT department in Nigeria, he has also worked at the Technical Ltd, Lakes Communication, he was at Nigerian Television Authority HQ, Abuja as the communication coordinator for all programme before joining BCN.
