We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong skills in social media management and data entry. Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistance & Administrative SupportManage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
Handle basic research, document preparation, and file organization.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Social Media ManagementCreate, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.
Assist with content ideas, branding consistency, and campaign execution.
Data Entry & Database ManagementAccurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases.
Conduct data cleanup, validation, and reporting.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required Skills
Experience with social media management tools
Familiarity with data entry software
Pay range and compensation package
Pay - 120000 - 150000 NGN/month
